She was predeceased by: her husbands, Roman Ostapiak and Frank Wallingford; her sons, Roman and Terry Ostapiak; and her sisters, Nellie Markiw and Martha Nazar.
She is survived by: her children, Victor Ostapiak (Heather) and Tina Ostapiak; and her grandchildren, Roman Lowes, Mariah Ostapiak, Adam Ostapiak and Marlo Ostapiak. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
