In loving memory of Joanna Ash of Lakefield, Ontario, who departed this world on October 17, 2025. Joanna leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rita Hurst and John Hurst; her husband Robert "Bob" Ash; her children, Stephen Ash (Janet) of Carleton Place and Susan Gilders (Kevin) of Lakefield, Ontario.; her grandchildren, Kyle, Sydney, Amy and Michael; and her great grandchildren, Parker, Paityn and Liam.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hendren Funeral Home – Lakefield Chapel (66 Queen St, Lakefield, ON K0L2H0). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the same location.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Peterborough YES Shelter or BEL (Bridgenorth, Ennismore, Lakefield) Rotary.
