She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson and Dorothy; and her siblings, Beverly Virth (Geza) and Joe Jacobs. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Bucknell; her sons, Mike and Darrell Bucknell; her siblings, Marie Meawasige (Yvon), Bonnie Taylor (Ivan), Lori McCue (Mike) and Gary Jacobs (Marjorie); and her sister-in-law Jane Jacobs (Lenny). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hendren Funeral Homes, Lakefield Chapel (66 Queen St, Lakefield, ON K0L2H0).
