He is survived by : his daughters, Carol (Pat), Cathy (Leo) and Nancy (Randy); his step-sons, Jeff (Krista) and Tim (Janet); his grandchildren, Michelle (Josh), Amanda (Michael), Matthew (Julie), Haley (Cody), Sean, Corey (Megan) and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Madison and Ember. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
