She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Shield; and her brother Garry. She is survived by: her children, David (Teresa), Mark (Dawn) and Lorna Scriver (Jack); her sisters-in-law, Ileen Armstrong and Brenda Shield; and her sibling's child Jamie.
