He was predeceased by: his spouse Wilma Jacobs-Taylor; his parents, Henry and Olive; and his siblings, Leo, Billy (Jane), Agnes (Fred), Barbara and Eliza.
He is survived by: his children, Winston (Shelley) and Jeffrey (Patsy); and his brothers, Bucky and Merritt (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
