She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Elizabeth Olson (Bessie); her husband Robert McDonnell; her children, Diana McDonnell (Don Wilson) and Rob McDonnell (Kathleen Harrell); her siblings, Elaine McLellan (late Jack), June Barnard, Dale Olson (Claudette), Leonard Olson (Bud), Grant Olson (Noella), Wayne Olson, Edith Gagnon (Pat) and Evelyn Ward (Howard); her siblings-in-law, Torrence, Margaret McDonnell, Mae and Jack Weldon; her great grandchildren, Terry Leeder (Amanda Ladd), Justin Leeder and Brittany McDonnell; and her sons, Ben McDonnell (Kirsten), Ashton and Cooper.
Family and friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 12:00 noon until time of the service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
