He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Carnrite and Irene Carnrite; his brother Robert Carnrite; and his brothers-in-law, Norman Crain and Victor North.
He is survived by: his wife June Carnrite (Wheeler); his sons, Kevin Carnrite (Dorothy) and Wayne Carnrite (Becky); his grandchildren, Kendra Echlin (Gage), Nicole Carnrite (Nathan Campbell), Victoria Carnrite Curtis Carnrite (Dylan Belleperche), Deklan Raymond and Connor Raymond; his great grandchildren, Pyper Campbell and Caden Echlin; and his siblings, Linda Ruttle-Carnrite, Bruce Carnrite (Barb), Carol Mordy (Keith), Kenny Carnrite (Donna), Jack Wheeler (Brenda), Vernon Wheeler (Judy), Patricia North, Doug Wheeler (Wenda), Julia Miller (John), Sylvia Crain, Kevin Wheeler (JoAnne), Nancy McGlade (Brian) and Billie Wheeler (Valerie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many wonderful family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Timber Run Golf & Country Club (154 Caldwell St, Lanark, ON K0G1K0).
