She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Fedy and Lavina Fedy (Schneider); her daughter Jacqueline Herteis (Tom); and her husband Jacob Psutka. She is survived by: her children, Paulette Pfohl (Marvyn), Sandra Fierling (Donald), Pamela Kuntz (Laverne), Kim Psutka (Brenda) and Kerry Psutka (Wanda).
