It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maureen Iris Theresa Guruprasad in Lanark, Ontario, born in London, Ontario, who passed away on April 28, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Alex (Dana) of Dallas Texas and Gaea (Andrew Costello); her husband Guru; her grandchildren, Shannon and Evan; her sister Kay (Roy Hodsdon) of Lynchburg, Virginia; her cousin Elizabeth Lewry of Hove, UK; her sister-in-law Shakuntala Mallappa of Bangalore; her niece Brindala (Kishan Ananthram) of Fairfax, Virginia; her close friend Liz Marlow of Sydney; and her friend Ross Larocque of Perth. She is also survived by other friends: they will miss her. and friends.
In line with the Covid-19 guidelines, a limited attendance Catholic service will be held at the Chapel of Blair Funeral Home, 15 Gore Street, Perth on Wednesday, May 5th, 2021 at 10:30 A. M.
