With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gisèle Poirier of Limoges, Ontario, born in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Gisèle leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Église de la Paroisse St-Joseph D'Orléans (2757 St Joseph Blvd, Orléans, ON K1C 1G4). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made through a donation to the May Court Hospice Ottawa, The Ottawa Hospital Cancer Program, or any organization of your choice.
