He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dolan and Marion Dolan (Lackey); and his son-in-law Brad McMillan. He is survived by: his wife Marie (Perkins); his children, Karen Dolan (Dale Booth), Kenneth Dolan and Lisa McMillan (Dolan); his grandchildren, Erika Krusch (Booth), Dasan Dolan-Booth, Brenna Dolan-Booth, Dax McMillan and Kree McMillan; and his siblings, Bruce (Lorraine), Keith (Teena), Thomas (Cathy), Brian (Lynda), Nancy (Geoff Helmes) and Carolyn (Phil Arnott).
