He was predeceased by: his son Harry. He is survived by: his wife Louisa "Loes" Van Yzendoorn; his sons, Hans (Sue) and Bart; his grandchildren, Ali and Anton; and his siblings, Hennie (Corrie) and Hanneke (Henk).
