With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Basil Billings of Lindsay, Ontario, who passed away on June 4, 2020 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Basil Billings to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his children, Christie and Scott; his grandchildren, Madison and Makenzie; and his siblings, Joanne, Grady, Jimmy and Jill.
