He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Stevens and Myra Stevens; and his sister Jane Barrabulea (Mike). He is survived by: his children, Doug Stevens (Sue) of Cobourg, Deb Garber (Brian) of Texas and Donna Cabell of Lindsay; his grandchildren, Kara McKinney (Garretson), Terrin Garber (Reagan), Jarret Garber (Dakota), Billy Cabell (Vasanta), Jeffrey Cabell (Jenna), Hayden, Dustin, Devin Cabell and Parker Garber; his siblings, James (late Beverley), Margaret Locke (late John), Charlie, Evey Stevens and Evelyn English (Alwyn); and his wife Velma.
