She is survived by: her husband Eddie Simmons; her mother Betty Dean; her siblings, Lorna Evans (Don), Phylis Dean, Linda Parker, Larry Dean (Tammy), Sharon Kennedy and Nancy Smith (Kurt); and her nieces and nephews, Candace Walsh, Amanda Thompson, Kyle Perry, Brad Dean, Jeff Dean, Brian Evans, Wayne Evans, Jason Grace, Jennifer Holbrook, Sheri Leigh, Krista Smith and Kody Smith. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, extended family.
