It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Pickering of Lindsay, Ontario, born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on January 20, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband John; her sister Anne; and her children, Elaine, Laurie (Ib), Geoffrey (Iris) and Murray (Joy). She is also survived by grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Bought in 1958, she and John spent every summer there right up until the summer of Covid-19 – often in the company of their family and many friends.
