She was predeceased by: her son Michael; her father Allan Siddle; her stepfather Bruce Vail; her siblings, Carol Bouch (Joe) and Jimmy; and her sister-in-law Kathy Roddy (Glenn).

She is survived by: her husband Don Staples; her grandchild Taylor; her mother Lois Vail; her brothers, David and Tim (Annette); and her siblings-in-law, Larry Staples, Joanne Dorgan (Steve) and Phyliss McCullough (George). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
