He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kendrick and Barbara Kendrick. He is survived by: his children, Michelle (Steve), Calvin (Patricia) and Candy (Ernie); his grandchildren, Tyler, Jayden, Billie Joe, Cody, Leah and Jeremy; and his siblings, Mary (Rick), Darlene (Glenn), Bob (Pauline), Bill (Connie), Carolyn (Jamey), Joey (Lisa) and Jackie (Terry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
