She was predeceased by: her spouse Royce Cowen; and her siblings, Jacqueline (late Bryan), Bobby, Marlene and Johnny.

She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Cowen and Crystal Sheehey (Donald); her siblings, May (Alex), Helen (late Moses), Rosezetta (Shane) and Perry; and her friend Chevy.
