He is survived by : his spouse Cherri Johnston; his children, Tim, Brad Guy-Johnston, Krystal Burrows and Melissa Lambert; and his grandson Mason. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Memorial donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
