He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his sisters, Debra Eade Chatten and Deana Eade Jilesen; his children, Shannon Fretz, April Eade and Jonathan Eade (Sonia); his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Noah, Lilah Eade, Izabella Fritz and Brett Wickert; and his stepdaughter Ellen Slatcher.
