He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence and Frances. He is survived by: his significant other Christine Macaulay; his son Daniel; his daughter-in-law Amanda; his grandchildren, Hunter and Sophia; his siblings, Nancy (Ross Lee) and John (Karen); his aunts, Irene Henry and Muriel McGee; his uncle Carl Thompson; his mother-in-law Virginia Macaulay; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Bowman (Bob) and Marilyn Macaulay. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
