He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Barker and Tressa Barker; his daughter Jo-Anne Harrison (Kevin); and his siblings, Bert Truax (Pat), Jean Patton (Clare) and Olive Delong (John).

He is survived by: his wife Isobel "Stub"; his sons, Kevin Barker (Marie Jenkins) and Bruce Barker (Jane); his grandchildren, Adrienne (Joel), Amber, Evan, Deanelle, Nicole (Ryan), Grant (Les), James (Steph), Laura (Cam), Sam (Sam), Quinn (Cam), Andrea (Frank), Meghan (Brandon) and Racheal (Tyler); and his sister Ethel Campbell (David).

If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation.
