He was predeceased by: his sisters, Mary Kellogg and Margaret Fleming (late Robert). He is survived by: his daughter Linda Rutherford (Andy Laidley); his wife Jean; his children, Donna Rutherford and Grant Speed (Donna Jean); and his brother Malcolm (Shirley).
