Doreen McArthur Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doreen McArthur of Lindsay, Ontario, born in Waubaushene, Ontario, who passed away on January 3, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herbert Wood and Josephine Miller; her husband George McArthur of Greenbank; her daughter Elizabeth Cameron (Bruce) of Bobcaygeon; her stepchildren, Brian McArthur (Ruth) of Toronto and Berry (late Phian) of Thailand; her grandchildren, Tracey Bruce (Brandon) of Burlington, Greg Cameron of Toronto and Adam Turner (Debbie) of Winnipeg; her great grandchildren, Sarah and Sophie; her sister Mae Lenchner (late Gerald) of Newmarket; her son Richard; her granddaughter Heather; and her siblings, Margaret Hall, Mary James (late Cecil), Martha Strickland (late Victor), Audrey Fannin and Harry Wood. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and her close friends.
