He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Kelly and Helen Kelly (Speer). He is survived by: his children, Ryan Kelly (Amy) and Jenna Kelly (Mike Jancsik); and his sisters, Linda Brasier (late Murray), Dianne Ireland (Don), Jo-Anne Rittenhouse (Phillip) and Bonnie Gonsalves (Vern).
