He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sophie Zalewski and Boris; his wife Diane; his sisters, Helina and Chrisia; and his girlfriend Agnes Sutherland.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (31 Russell St E, Lindsay, ON K9V). A reception was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion (12 York St N, Lindsay, ON K9V3Z6). A burial was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ressurection Catholic Cemetery (355 Taunton Rd E, Whitby, ON L1R3L4).
