He is survived by: his children, Nick (Mary), Patti Thurston (Len), Ted (Wendy) and Bob (Shari); and his grandchildren, Chris (Madeline), Melissa (Richard), Tammy (Jayson), Leighanne (Matthew), Dean (Krystal), Samantha (Steve) and Justin (Martine).
