He was predeceased by: his son Francis; and his siblings, Mildred Douglas (Cliff), Stewart (Viola), Ross Wilson (Shirley), Jean Gough (Bill) and Margaret Trethewey (Lloyd).
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Macleod; his daughters, Suzanne MacLeod and Patricia Thurston (Brian); his grandchildren, Matthew (Alana), Erick (Haley), Andrew Thurston and Kristina Cellini (Vince); and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Ivy, Walter and Ruby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
