Frank Richards Obituary

He was predeceased by: his wife Leona Richards; and his child Dale. He is survived by: his children, Ken (Theresa), Karen (Ron), Vic, Todd (Betty) and Cathy (Jeff); his siblings, Betty (Glen), Carol (late George) and Johnny (Adele); and his niece Lynda. He is also survived by nephews, extended family and friends.
