He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Holly Szewczyk (Frank) and Cheryl Wolthuizen; his grandchildren, Dennis (Megan) and Dana; his siblings, Koosje (late Klaas) and George Wolthuizen (Marja); and his parents, Jelle Wolthuizen and Margaretha Wolthuizen.
