He was predeceased by: his spouse Eustiena (Danilko); his parents, Isabella Hore (Lee) and Gilbert Hore; and his sister Ruth Williams (Robert). He is survived by: his siblings, Ruby Black (Lewis), John, Ross, Samuel, William and Robert Hore; and his nieces, Shirley Martin and Lynda VanSchaik.
