He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney York and Helen York; and his brothers-in-law, Ed Flynn and Gary Jetten. He is survived by: his sisters, Sandy Flynn, Gayle Kennedy (David), Melodie Quibell (Garry) and Elizabeth Jetten-Cunningham (Doug); his brother-in-law Robert Prescott; his niece Angela; and his friend Jean (John). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
