He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John George and Florrie Stafford; his wife Barbara Stafford (Killick); his daughter Andrea Ballingall (Stafford); his son-in-law Stacey; his sister-in-law Judy Gleed Jane Penner (Larry); his sibling's children, Amanda Tugwell (Mike), Glenda Penner and Avis Penner; and his stepgrandsons, Dustin and Coty Ballingall.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Oak Ridges Trail Association or the Brock Township Sick and Injured Animal Fund.
