He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Amanda Formica (Brian) and Ashley Formica (Barry); his grandchild Leah Formica; his siblings, Wayne, Rick, Diana, Heather, Layne, Tim, Kim and Tammy; and his mother Althea Sheridan.
