Lorraine Frances Greer Obituary

Greer, Lorraine Frances - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lorraine Greer at the Ross Memorial Hospital, with family by her side on Saturday, March 16, 2024, in her 83rd year. Lorraine was the beloved wife of the late Harry Greer (2015). Loving mom to Wayne Greer (Lori), and Michele Raison (Ted). Adored by her grandchildren, Haley, Jordan, Adam, Anna, Daniel, Jonathan, Jenna, and her many great-grandchildren. Survived by her brother Ron (Dyanna). Fondly remembered by nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Guy and Bea Gassien, and siblings, Keith (Pat), and Anne. Lorraine will be forever remembered as a kind and caring soul, who spent many years as an animal advocate. She loved time spent with family and being around her many friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In Keeping with Lorraine's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of her Life will be held at The Royal Canadian Legion Br. 67 (12 York Street North, Lindsay) on Sunday April 28th, 2024, from 1:00 – 4:00 pm.

The family would like to thank Dr. Stone and all the wonderful nurses at the Ross Memorial Hospital. A special thanks to the palliative team for the excellent care, kindness, and comfort they provided.
