She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Braeckman; her sister Mary O'Leary; her brother-in-law Frank O'Leary; and her nephews, George O'Leary and Eugene O'Leary.

She is survived by: her children, Diane Donoghue (Jim), Paul Braeckman (Janice) and Cheryl Armstrong (Wayne); her grandchildren, Scott (Karen), Terry, Lori (Troy), Johnathan (Erin), Nicole (Michael) and Danielle (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Andrew, Jack, Joe, Leo, Abigail, Alexander, Julia, Isaac, Wesley and Sam; and her nieces, Donna Lee (late Bill) and Margaret Mary Gorrell (Kevin). She is also survived by extended family and friends.
