He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Charlene M Leblanc (Ross); his parents, Wilfred LeBlanc and Barbara LeBlanc; his stepchildren, Curtis Popp and Alicia Popp-Davidson (Justin Davidson); his grandchildren, Hunter, Madelyn, Summer and Jacob; his siblings, Michael Hill, Brian Hill, Robert Hill, June Marie Bickerstaff and Barbara Albert; his siblings-in-law, Ron and Rhonda Ross; and his siblings' children, Courtney, Katelyn, Taylor, Mitchell, Jasmine, Meghan, Emmet and Charlie.
