He is survived by: his wife Susan O'Loughlin; his son Paul O'Loughlin Jr.; his sisters, Ann Ballam (Ralph), Helen Satterwhite (late Jack), Rita Jackson (Dave) and Jane Andrews; his brother-in-law Phil Jackson; and his parents, Mary O'Loughlin and John O'Loughlin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
