He was predeceased by: his sisters, Donna Elliot and Shirley Lavis; and his parents, Archibald "Archie" MacArthur and Ruth MacArthur (Blizzard). He is survived by: his wife Sandra MacArthur (Greig); his children, Linda MacArthur, Karen MacArthur (Peter Canakis), Greg MacArthur and Amy MacArthur (Andrew Laing); and his grandchildren, Zac, Ilias, Wyatt and Isla.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at Mackey Funeral Home to a charity of your choice.
