In the vast expanse of eternity, Phyllis shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Phyllis farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Charles Dulmage; and her children, Glenn Dulmage (Myra) of Nova Scotia, Linda (late David Gordon) of Oshawa, Diana (Rada Markovic) of Dunsford and Christopher Dulmage (Penny) of Oshawa. She was also cherished by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, her brother and sisters, nieces and nephews.
