He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Lydia; his siblings, Lizzie Squires, Marina Andrews, Olive Smith and Maxwell; and his brother-in-law Eric Pinhorn.

He is survived by: his spouse Liz; his children, Cindy (Frank Bonora), Dennis (Vicki), Bryan and Linda Caruana-Dingli (Mark); his grandchildren, Michael (Rebecca), Sharon (J. F.), David (Stephanie), Brent, Robert and Thomas; his great grandchildren, Mia, Marley, Matilda, Dominic, Olivia and Spencer; his sibling Walter (Debbie); and his siblings-in-law, Kathleen Weaver, Jim Pinhorn (Lynn) and Wayne Pinhorn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, friends.
