He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Brown and Rose Brown; and his brother John Brown. He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Diane Cavana (Don), Jim Brown (Janice), Carolyn Stewart (Wayne) and Paul Brown (Mary Helen); his grandchildren, Greg Cavana (Jenny), Dave Cavana, Jeff Cavana (Chelsea), Emma Brown (Amanda), Bobby Brown, Laura Brown, Molly Brown and Lila Brown; his great grandchildren, Miles and Lucas Cavana; and his sister Frances Piggott (late Mark). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
