He was predeceased by: his sister Betty Russell. He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary of Omemee; his daughters, Monique Hartin, Melissa (Rob Walton), Christine Johnston, Emily Hartin, Kayla (Mac Glover) and Kaitlin Hartin (Brad Haglund); his grandchildren, Ryan, Justin, Ellie, Grace, Coen, Kobe, Marlowe and Briar; and his brother Jim Hartin (late Brenda). He is also survived by other in laws, sister in laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, March 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church (340 St Lukes Rd, Downeyville, ON K9V 4R5, Kawartha Lakes, ON K9V4R5).
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque through the Stoddart Funeral Home to the Lakeridge Heath Foundation (Cancer) in Oshawa.
