He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack (Beatrice Pepper) and Ian; his wife Patricia "Pat" Pepper; his children, Kelly Pepper and Laurie O'Neill (David); his grandchildren, Tamara (Andrew), Troy, Jessica (Ben), Jamie (Adam) and Jennae (Russell); and his great grandchildren, TJ and Kaelyn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation or Community Care Kawartha Lakes – Hospice Services.
