She was predeceased by: her brother Jan. She is survived by: her brother Elzo (Rina); and her sibling's children, Catherine (Shawn Millington), John (Melissa), Betty Ann (Paul Kennedy), Elizabeth (Don van Es), Wilhelmina (Dave Hoekstra) and Elzo.
