He was predeceased by: his father Stan. He is survived by: his wife Crista of Lindsay; his children, Ty, Cole and Blaze; his mother Sharon of Cameron; his parents-in-law, Susan and Paul Scully of Downeyville; his siblings, Lori, Bruce Perry of Cameron and Cheryl Katcher of Lindsay; his siblings-in-law, Matt and Crystal Morrissey of Cowan's Bay; and his nieces and nephews, Drew, Jessica Perry of Barrie, Nathan Perry of Peterborough, Josh, Zachary Katcher of Lindsay, Will, Sarah and Harry Morrissey of Cowan's Bay.
