He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Kell and Alexander Kell; and his siblings, Anne and William. He is survived by: his spouse Elaine Kell (Craddock); his children, Jeffrey (Madina) and Gary (Erika); his grandsons, Alexander, Ethan and Sean; his stepgranddaughter Katherine Pitchers; and also, Colleen and Stanley Gilpin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and close friends.
