He was predeceased by: his sister Sharon Jackett; and his parents, Ralph Fountain and Bernice Fountain. He is survived by: his children, Brian (Lisa) and Brenda (Troy); and his sisters, Diane McGinnis (Lee) and Debbie Fisher (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Due to COVID-19: all guests are required to wear a face mask or face covering, and RSVP to attend Celebrations.
